Le prix confirmé avec votre réservation est définitif ; le paiement s’effectue sur place. Les réservations peuvent être annulées gratuitement jusqu’à la date limite indiquée dans votre réservation.

1. Operator
These terms govern the use of this website and the transfer services offered on it by S Drive d.o.o., SITNIČKA 35, PODGORICA, Montenegro , registration number 5 - 1354441 / 001 , VAT ID 03807550 ("the Operator", "we"). 2. The service
We arrange and perform private passenger transfers in Montenegro (airport–city and city–city). Rides are performed either by us or by licensed partner drivers acting on our behalf; in both cases your contractual partner for the transfer is the Operator. A written transport contract is signed before the ride, as required by Montenegrin transport regulations. Passengers are covered by the mandatory passenger insurance of the vehicle used.
3. Booking
Submitting the booking form is a request, not yet a confirmed ride. We review every request and either confirm it (assigning a driver and vehicle), send you an alternative offer, or decline it — you are informed by email and your chosen messaging channel. The transport contract for a ride is concluded when we confirm the booking. Each booking receives a reference and a secure "My booking" link; keep the link private, as anyone with it can view and manage the booking. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide (dates, times, flight number, contact data, passenger names).
4. Prices and payment
The price shown when you book — or the price we send you in an offer — is the final, total price in euros (EUR); no additional charges apply for standard service, waiting within the free allowance, or child seats. Payment is made in person to the driver. We do not take online payments and never ask for card details on this site. Promo-code discounts are applied when the request is submitted. If you accept an offer for a different vehicle class or a custom quote, the price stated in that offer applies.
5. Changes and cancellation
You may cancel a booking free of charge via your "My booking" link up to the cancellation deadline shown there (by default 12 hours before pickup). Declining an offer cancels the related request. As the service is passenger transport with a fixed date, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts does not apply (Art. 16 l of Directive 2011/83/EU and corresponding Montenegrin rules); the cancellation policy above applies instead. We may substitute the chosen vehicle with another vehicle of the same class. If we must cancel a confirmed ride, we will tell you as soon as possible and, where you have already paid anything, refund it in full.
6. Waiting time and no-show
The price includes 20 minutes of free waiting at the pickup point (for airport pickups, counted from the actual landing time of the flight you provided). If you cannot be reached and do not appear within a reasonable time after the free waiting period, the driver may leave and the booking is treated as cancelled by you.
7. Luggage, children and conduct
Please declare the number of passengers and suitcases when booking; the driver may refuse passengers or luggage exceeding the vehicle's registered capacity or safety limits. Child seats (infant carrier, child seat, booster) are provided free of charge when requested in the booking. Passengers must wear seat belts and follow the driver's reasonable safety instructions; smoking is not permitted in the vehicles. Damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence may be charged to the person who caused it.
8. Liability
Carriage is performed under Montenegrin road-transport law. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (extreme traffic, weather, road closures, flight diversions, force majeure), nor for indirect losses such as missed connections not communicated to us in the booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights and liability for personal injury.

10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version published at the time you submit a booking applies to that booking.
11. Law, complaints and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Montenegro. Complaints are handled quickly and informally — write to [email protected] first. If we cannot resolve a dispute, the courts at the Operator's registered seat have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
